Dunsfold Park was formed by The Rutland Group in 2002 when it acquired Dunsfold Aerodrome from BAe Systems.
Staffed by property specialists, all experts in their field, The Rutland Group brings a hands-on approach to the management of Dunsfold Park. Since 2002 the company has rejuvenated the airfield from an empty shell to a thriving business park, now home to over 100 businesses, employing more than 1,000 people.
In 2013 The Rutland Group entered into a long-term partnership with Trinity College Cambridge to secure the future of Dunsfold Park.
Trinity College is a charitable organisation whose charitable objective is the advancement for the public benefit of education, religion, learning and research, primarily by the maintenance and development of a college in the University of Cambridge.
