Dakota’s Diner Re-Launch

Monday, 14 March 2011

Earlier this month the on-site diner at Dunsfold Park reopened after an extensive refurbishment and is now in the experienced hands of Derek Drinkwater and his partner Pat.

With Pat and Derek's background in mobile catering, Dakota's Diner will be open from 8am – 3pm serving a variety of popular hot and cold food, with a weekly specials board. Old favourites such as scampi and chips, cheeseburgers and hot chilli will remain on the menu, which has been extended to include salad bowls and stuffed jacket potatoes, baguettes and freshly prepared sandwiches aimed at providing something appealing for the girls as well as the boys!

Those of you with a sweet tooth will be pleased to know there are plenty of Danish pastries and chocolate bars to choose from, in addition to chilled fizzy drinks and freshly brewed coffee for those needing an early morning pick-me-up.

The bright new décor incorporates a five foot long Corvette bumper hoisted on the wall, a car engine acting as a table base as well as the front of a Mustang providing the perfect counter top from which to collect your lunch. 1950s music embodies the North American spirit and gives a flavour of the era.

Dakota's Diner is available for private functions in the main restaurant, but also larger parties and meetings in the adjacent conference room. The diner is in the process of reinstalling Wifi access for those who wish to access Facebook or Twitter whilst enjoying their lunch.

Please contact enquiries@drinkwaters.co.uk  if you would like further information about the Diner or private functions which you would like to hold.
