The final consultation, prior to submission of an outline planning application to Waverley Borough Council, commenced in November 2007 and concluded in January 2008. 

Presentations and meetings to a variety of groups were undertaken to outline changes incorporated to the masterplan following the exhibitions in February and June 2006, provide additional infromation on the masterplan proposals for energy, waste, water and transport and present the proposed schedule on the submission of the planning application. An accompanying handout, available to download here, was also distributed to local residents.

All comments received are currently being analysed and fed into the final masterplan preparation.
