Gordon Madgwick and Ray Sharpe, both serving members of 98 Squadron RAF, visited the Reg Day Museum at Dunsfold Park on Wednesday 28th September. Gordon, Ray and Reg all served together in 98 Sqn RAF between 1943 and 1944, working as radar and wireless mechanics on the B-25 Mitchell bombers.
Dunsfold Park was pleased to welcome 35 visitors to the aerodrome on Wednesday 28 September as part of a "Civic Day" organised by Mayor of Waverley, Richard Gates.
On Friday 2nd September 2011, Dunsfold Park Ltd submitted an appeal against Waverley Borough Council's decision to turn down the application for a "Certificate Of Lawfulness of Existing Use" (CLEUD) in connection with the use of the Aerodrome. All our efforts are now focused on the appeal.
